Biography
Rachel Sandler is working to establishing a permanent fast neutron imaging facility at Consolidated Nuclear Services in Oak Ridge, TN, for both production use and to enable future work in non-proliferation programs. She holds a PhD in Physics from Central Michigan University and a MS in Nuclear Physics from Michigan State University.
